    What do the Anchor Stream microbrewery and underground rock star Ani DiFranco have in common?     Bo writes case studies on a select group of successful Small Giants in America. Taken time to detail what makes these companies and often the founders such a success. He calls it their Mojo, it's the little details that make the difference between their success and just being another business in the crowd. I learned more about some of the companies that I was already familiar with and about new ones that I never heard of. Learning new ways to handle my business, employees, clients and shareholders. In the end the biggest lesson was never lose sight of why you are in business and remember that the business provides the method to achieve that goal.
